Rankings and statistics for an agent
Agent rankings are based on an agent's activity as a Lead Agent only and reflect their activity for a rolling 365 day period. Sales where an agent has acted as the Supporting Agent do not contribute to that agent's rankings, however these sales will still appear on the Supporting Agent's profile. Average figures require a minimum of three transactions as a Lead Agent.
Like rankings, an individual agent's statistics are based on their activity for a rolling 365 day period. The difference is that an agent's statistics reflect all of the listings that they have been associated with, regardless of Lead or Supporting Agent classification. Their personal statistics are accompanied by the number of properties where they acted as the Lead Agent.
Determining the Lead and Supporting Agents on a campaign is very important because the classification directly affects agent rankings. Agents associated with a property and their classification can be changed at any time prior to confirming the sale result (See articles: How to edit Lead and Supporting Agent classifications, and change agents associated with a property and How to add an additional sales agent to a property). Once a property result has been reported and confirmed the Lead and Supporting Agents associated with the property can not be changed (See article: How to report and confirm a sale results).
Rankings and statistics for an agency
Rankings and Statistics for an agency reflect the aggregate listing and sale information for each of the agency team members. The basis of calculation for agency rankings and stats is otherwise consistent with individual agent calculations.
