What to do when an agent leaves your agency
Sometimes Agents leave the industry or move to another agency. There are a few steps you will need to do to separate them from your Agency.
NOTE: Only an Agency Admin can do this. Click here for a guide on how to add an Agency Admin.
Step 1: Remove the Agent from Agency. Login to your Agency Dashboard and click on Agents, then click the X next to their name.
Step 2: If they are an Agency Administrator, remove their Admin Access by clicking on Access, then click on the X next to their email address.
Step 3: Remove the agent from any listings that are still active as at the date the agent leaves your agency.
