Why is there no contact number for RateMyAgent?
As a company we have grown very quickly, and the level of support requests we receive means that we do not currently have a direct support number (we know that being on hold is the worst kind of support).
Good News: We have increased the size of our support team and the wait times for requests are now VERY low.
Awesome News: We've introduced Live Chat to our Support arsenal! Hit the Help icon followed by the Chat button to start a chat with our Support team. In most cases, we'll solve your query on the spot!
