- The best time to approach a client for a review is at the point of sale.
- That is when the emotion from the sale is the highest, and getting a verbal agreement from them to rate your performance will usually produce a good result.
- If you didn't get the chance to ask them at that time, it is best to call them and talk to them about the sale, then ask them if it if they mind doing the review, preferably when you are still on the phone to them.
- It is NOT advised to send a client a review request without contacting them first!
